Welcome to my webpage!
I am a 3rd year Physics PhD student at the Ohio State University (OSU).
I was born and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, MX. I wanted to become a scientist since I was 15 years old and discovered my love for Physics when I turned 17.
In 2019, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics at the University of Texas at El Paso. As an undergraduate student, I had research experiences in nuclear theory, low energy neutrino experiments, as well as in condensed matter theory.
Currently, I am working with Prof. Amy Connolly at the Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics (CCAPP) on ultra high energy neutrino experiments.
As I worked out my path to college, I did not meet a Physicist from my community. In response, I created this webpage aiming to show my career path hoping the process becomes less obscure for other people.
I hope that you find this somehow useful.
Sincerely,
